Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to Romania and EU.
– Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
– Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Made to order garments are typically processed within 7-14 day depending of the availability of the fabric. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
– Estimated delivery times:
– Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
– Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

– You can track the status of your order by visiting the AWB provided in your confirmation email.

– International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
– We are not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during customs processing.

– Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

– We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.

Return Policy

– To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.
– Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the order.

1. Contact our customer service team at contact@yojacouture.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your items.
3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization form.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

– Refunds will be issued to a bank account provided by you.
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
